I’m Lanna Breetzke — a career coach rooted deeply in the marketing world. Having worked in research agencies, creative/advertising teams, and on the client side, I understand firsthand the pressures, tensions, and opportunities that arise when people transition, grow, or under-deliver in this triangle. I built Triangular Coaching to help both individuals and organisations bridge the gap between potential and performance, so talent truly becomes value.

Along with a BA in Brand Building and Management, I have completed the QCF Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance & Development, focussing on:

- Client-centred career development interviews
- Assessing and understanding clients’ career development needs
This accredited training underpins my practice with graduate-level career guidance theory, reflective professional practice, and a strong ethical foundation.
